YIELD: 6 FIESTA BAKED STEAK
COOKING TEMP: 325F PORTION: 1 STEAK
COOKING TIME: 1 1/2 HR COOKING PAN: CASSEROLE DISH
INGREDIENTS AMOUNTS PROCEDURES
| Beef round lean : 1 1/2 lb 1. Combine flour and seasonings.
| Flour : 3 Tb 2. Preportion beef round into cube
| Salt : 1 ts steaks, 4 oz/portion. Dredge steak
| Pepper black : 1/4 ts in seasoned flour mix.
| Paprika : 3/4 ts 3. Brown steaks in oil. Place, slightly
| Oil : 2 Tb overlapping in casserole dish.
| Tomato soup : 3/4 cp 4. Combine remaining ingredients. Heat
| Tomatoes cnd : 3/4 cp to 200F.
| Celery chopped : 1/2 cp 5. Pour tomato mix evenly over steaks.
| Green peppers chopped : 1/4 cp Cover.
| Onions chopped : 2 Tb 6. Bake at 325F for 1 1/2 hours or
| Water : 1/2 cp until tender.
